Co-owner and award- winning Head Pastry Chef at Locantro is the one and only Pino Locantro. Pino has been a founding member of this iconic Sydney institution and a driving force in the refinement and execution of the most exquisite treats that are synonymous with Locantro Fine Foods for over 30 years. In recent years, Pino has written and published a superb cookbook that is concentrated on sharing his love of creating dishes from the most divine ingredients. This overarching passion of his, in turn, has provided him with the opportunity to participate in various Sydney Royal Fine Food Shows where he has represented Locantro Fine Foods, being crowned the champion and even established his current role as a guest judge in future shows.
